How it works

Each online session includes transforming intentional touch, group activity with a few minutes of SSP listening.

Members are given access to the SSP core and will learn basic polyvagal theory and begin to sense their individual nervous system’s predominant state, notable patterns, and shifts. Member will gain awareness of parts, symptoms, thoughts, behaviors and sensations that may occur in each nervous system state

A private online community for sharing, connecting, continued support and learning together. The forum membership is free for the 6 week program, and $49/mo thereafter.
